After much anticipation and suspense, begging my body to recover in time to finish the season, I have finally been cleared by my coach and physios to race.

I had lots of treatment including needles, shock wave therapy, active release you name it, however the most helpful thing I found was de stressing. Who new stress could cause so much pain! My Physio and good friend, Erica Holmes, gave me some helpful words of advice, in regards to my back injury, “were not given any challenges in life that we can’t handle.” I thought that was pretty cool and accurate.

It’s releiving to be feeling well again and Im very excited and grateful to have another opportunity to travel with the national team and compete with the best In the world.
