Today was my third day of training on the Pitztal Glacier in Austria. It was an exhausting but exhilarating day running heats with my teammate Mikayla. We are both on the development team but have been invited to ski World Cups with the National team. Naturally we want to prove that we belong here and are ready for the challenge, so we are pushing ourselves and each other to ski as fast as freaking possible every run. As I write this post the muscles in my hands and arms are shaking from the 20 starts I pulled today and I can barely keep my eyes open , partially due to jet lag. My body is so sore today but my spirits are so high. Its a dream come true to be here training with the best ski cross racers in the world.
