After my most recent training camp in Saas Fee my coaches decided Im finally ready to race with the big dogs and compete in The Cross Alps Tour!! The Cross Alps is a series of World Cups back to back in Europe, It starts in Val Thorens, France, next stop Arosa, Switzerland moving to Montafon, Austria and lastly Innichen, Italy. The courses are big and fast with a stacked field of extremely competitive women and I am so pumped to be among them.

Im currently doing everything I can to prevent injury and promote ass kicking on this endeavor!

  • My skis are being serviced by some of the best ski techs in the world
  • Im giving it all I can in our 7am gym sessions everyday followed by a sport psych appt
  • Im watching past World cup video to see what I’m getting myself into
  • Im doing cold tubs, protein shakes, yoga, and anything else I can think of to ski my best!

Im ridiculously grateful for this opportunity and can’t thank Jet Label enough for their support.

Heres a low quality vid of a training run in Saas Fee for your perusal.
