Some say you either win or you learn and a couple days ago I got learnt.

I crashed in training and unfortunately my knee took most of the impact. I have no diagnosis yet but hopefully it doesn’t keep me out of the game for too long!

I’m grateful to say I have the best team in the world behind me and will no doubt be back better and stronger🤘🏻
